After qualifying as a solicitor in 1994, Jane spent her early years as a general civil litigator before focusing her practice exclusively on claimant personal injury work. She joined our sister firm, Horwich Cohen Coghlan, in 2015.
Jane leads on a wide range of serious injury claims, including those involving accidents in public spaces, employer liability, and multi-party disputes. She has a particular interest in high-value and challenging cases, especially where the legal landscape is complex or contested.
In addition to her work on catastrophic injuries, Jane oversees Law Together’s public and employer liability cases and has played a key role in developing the firm’s Food Poisoning Claims team.
